Do or die week next week! Glad to see how they came out today after the abysmal performance last week. As long as the weather is nice going to get my tickets Thursday for this game. Since following this team since 2002 I can’t really a game this big this late in the year. This may actually be one of if not the biggest game I remember that’s going to be played at The factory. It would be cool to see a packed house
Couldn't have had better scoreboard luck if we had magic horseshoe shoved up our collective ass. NIU lost, Toledo lost, and CMU lost against MAC East foes, everyone lost ground on us nobody gained any. The offense did enough, I guess. Wouldn't necessarily trust Smith in a shootout (except for the first half against UB), but I'm not sure I trust Powell either. What I do know is that by in large part, Smith has fewer negative plays and turnovers (even if some of that is due to luck, maybe he's got a magic horseshoe too). Loved the defense, forcing Ball St to take risks, and punishing them for doing so. Great time to be a fan of this team. I know we've got the second biggest Blue Green game in the county next week, but has there been a bigger Saturday afternoon in Ypsi this century?
