March MACtion 2020: Fourth round and four left
Our semifinal round features MAC Championship winning teams from 2010, 2015, and 2016, as well as 2013's runners-up
Happy Saturday! It’s the weekend and the only way to spend it is, and I hate to remind you this, staying inside where it’s nice and safe! We’re in the semifinal round of this March MACtion football bracket and if you got sick now then how are you supposed to get your votes in today and in the championship round?
The third round saw the most ballots cast for their favorite/against their rivaled MAC schools. And with those votes, the 2012, 2013, and 2017 MAC Championship teams all fell, as well as Buffalo’s 2018 group.
RESULTS ROUND TWO
Nobody won 100% of the votes in any matchup last week, and we also saw two lower-seeded teams win too. #7 2013 NIU took down #2 2012 NIU, and #5 2010 NIU beat #4 2013 BGSU.
The 2016 Broncos took down the 2018 Bulls, and the Battle of I-75 of the Century was won by 2015 BGSU over 2017 Toledo.
Now, the former MAC Championship winning teams from 2010, 2015, and 2016, and the runners up from 2013 are all in this bracket’s semifinal competition.
